Subscriber Reservations
As a subscriber, you can now reserve your tickets directly online through our ticketing system!
The main thing to know is that you will reserve your tickets in the same way that a patron buys tickets, but be assured, you will NOT be charged for the tickets if you have available passes on your subscription.
Simply enter your Subscriber Code (the one you received with your original subscription confirmation email) in the Subscribers box on the main ticketing page, or on the final checkout page. Once your subscription code has been accepted, you will see the ticket prices show $0 for your subscription tickets (any additional tickets will of course require payment).
Alternatively, you can also click on the link in the confirmation email that you received when you purchased your subscription. This will also take you to the BUY TICKETS page, however, your subscription code will be entered automatically.
If you ever lose your subscription code, please contact us, and we can give it to you.
Special Notice to Subscribers (9/4/2010 - Updated):
We want to give a huge shout out and THANKS to all of you who have already purchased subscriptions. The past couple of days have been a bit of a rough transition (as is often the case), however, we are happy to announce that the system seems to be up and running and processing tickets, subscriptions and reservations perfectly!
All subscriptions purchased prior to September 1st have now been transferred to the new ticketing system - you should have received an email confirmation with your new Subscriber ID Code. Please keep that email saved in your inbox. It not only contains your subscriber code, but also a link to reserve your tickets (although you can also reserve simply buy clicking the BUY TICKETS link on our webpage and enter your code manually).
One quick note: When you get to the end of the reservation process, to the Credit Card Purchase screen, it will say, "There is no charge for this purchase", however, there is then a credit card form and a button below that says, "Complete purchase".
Do NOT enter any credit card information. Simply click the "Complete purchase" button and your reservation will be completed. You will be taken to a confirmation page where you can print out your tickets and receipt.
