WELCOME LIVING SOCIAL & GROUPON MEMBERS!
Did you just win our tickets on Living Social or Groupon, or are you thinking of purchasing the offer? Here is some information that might help you!
Your tickets are valid for any production through the end of our 2011-2012 Season. You can view our currently scheduled productions HERE, but there will also be a few additional shows that are added (for example at least two summer playwright plays). The tickets are also transferrable, so you can gift them to a friend.
If you have already purchased the Living Social or Groupon offer and want to know how to get tickets to our show, it is very easy. Do one of the following:
1) Visit our CONTACT form and enter "Living Social or Groupon Tickets" in the subject line, and then let us know the date and show that you want to see and provide us with your confirmation code in the Message of the email.
2) Send us a regular email at tickets@fpct.org with the same info as above, including "Groupon Tickets" in the subject line.
3) And, if you are feeling lucky, you can simply show up at the box office with your Groupon confirmation. Although we often have a few extra seats available for productions on any given night, some of our performances do sell out. If you want to show up at the box office, we recommend that you arrive AT LEAST half an hour before the show. If there are seats available, we will get you in!
In general, we encourage you to make your reservations AT LEAST 3 days before the show (a week out is even better if you have a large group or really want to make sure you get your requested performance, as we sometimes sell out). If you try to reserve tickets to a show for THAT DAY, there is a chance that we might not be able to respond to your request, in which case, you can always show up to the box office and try to get seats that way.
